Guiding you to shape a body built for all of life’s adventures is my passion!
My fitness journey began when I was preparing for Navy Dive School. I became fascinated by the mental and physical resilience people can develop when striving to reach a goal. My fitness goals started small, celebrating the little wins along the way, and eventually grew to include long-distance triathlon races. After my military service, I discovered a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals but took a detour to become a financial advisor.
While I was sharpening my skills in goal-setting and strategic planning, I also came to understand the firsthand impact of being desk-bound all day. Grappling with long work hours, a sedentary lifestyle, and the mental strain they carried, I once again embraced my true calling: empowering individuals to enhance their physical well-being by guiding them through the complex fitness world, with expertise, kindness, motivation, and unwavering support. As a dedicated student of life, my drive for knowledge is never-ending. I explore diverse schools of thought which allow me to offer my clients workouts rooted in the latest results-driven research and real-world application.
I aspire to create a training environment that fosters growth by establishing a strong connection between the mind and muscles through intentional movements. We live in a world that is constantly on the move and there will inevitably be days when sleep or nutrition fall short. During those moments, I am here to offer even greater support, adapting and making the changes needed to keep you feeling your best.
I specialize in creating tailored training programs, functional strength and conditioning, mobility and stability enhancement, balanced muscle growth, effective weight loss, as well as flexibility and mobility for desk-bound professionals.
During my down time, you’ll find me immersed in ocean dives, trekking alongside my rescue pup on hiking adventures, or cruising on a long motorcycle ride. My constant pursuit is to discover life’s balance, one mindful movement at a time.
